This course will introduce the most important aspects of Agile. Over two days, the learners will experience all the key values and principles of the Agile Mindset, in a quest to master the many issues that impact on the adoption of Agile and its execution.
From the outset, many scientific studies have been found to support the Agile paradigm, even as far as Agile software development. With several exercises and hands on tutoring, the learners will participate, share, and learn concepts, such as: collaboration, team building, transparency, communicators, feedback circles, self-organization and a whole lot more.
Created to provide theoretical and practical learning, this course enables participants to understand the many forms that Agile can take in different contexts, thinking in a sustainable and evolutionary way.
It is appropriate for those new to the agile world, and for practitioners who recognize the need to focus on “being” agile in addition to “doing” agile.
In order to succeed with agile approaches, teams and organizations should focus first on “being agile” as a foundation for success in “doing agile.
The learning outcomes for this program is focused on delve into key concepts such as adaptive planning, value-driven development, team collaboration and frequent feedback for continuous improvement.
Also cover the history of the agile movement, the Agile Manifesto, the Agile Principles, and some widely applied frameworks and practices.
